Key Responsibilities
- Leading and strengthening relationships with the Irish Government and institutional stakeholders.
- Managing engagement with civil society organizations and academic partners.
- Identifying opportunities to enhance partnerships, collaboration, and funding.
- Coordinating strategic initiatives across Save the Children offices and external partners.
- Supporting the development and implementation of advocacy and influencing strategies.
- Monitoring policy, political, and funding developments in Ireland.
- Providing strategic analysis and intelligence to colleagues across the Save the Children movement.
- Building strong relationships with policymakers, government officials, NGOs, and coalition partners.
- Advancing child rights and humanitarian objectives through evidence-based advocacy.
Requirements
- Significant experience working with government institutions, donor organizations, or major stakeholders.
- Experience within advocacy, policy, public affairs, international development, or partnership-focused roles.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
- Proven experience coordinating complex partnerships and multi-organizational projects.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- Knowledge of humanitarian action, international development, and child rights issues.
- Understanding of conflict-affected and humanitarian contexts.

Location
This position can be performed remotely from anywhere on the island of Ireland, with occasional attendance required at the Belfast office.
