Revenue Assurance Specialist @Pinterest

Overview

The Revenue Assurance Specialist at Pinterest will join the Revenue Assurance team, working closely with colleagues in revenue operations, sales, and legal. This role focuses on reviewing orders and contracts, recommending system enhancements, and supporting month-end close activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and approve insertion orders to ensure data accuracy across platforms.
• Review Annual Agreements to facilitate deal closure, ensuring adherence to guidelines and legal standards.
• Oversee month-end close activities including account reconciliations.
• Satisfy quarterly and annual audit requirements for internal and external auditors.
• Monitor compliance within the order management process, identifying non-compliance and recommending corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley 404 regulations for revenue accounting.
• Deliver high-quality service to internal teams and external partners.
• Leverage AI to optimize processes.
• Identify and implement process and system improvements in Salesforce, JIRA, and reporting systems.
• Maintain and update process documentation for order management and revenue workflows.
• Foster collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders across various teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related subject, or equivalent work experience.
• 4+ years of experience in revenue operations, order management, or similar roles.
• Experience with Salesforce.
• Demonstrated curiosity and practical application of AI.
• Understanding of revenue recognition guidance (ASC 606).
• Strong problem-solving skills and experience analyzing high volume, multi-currency transactions.
• Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.
• Advanced Excel knowledge.
• Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
