Overview

Open Briefing is hiring a Safety and Security Coordinator for a full-time, remote role, aimed at supporting at-risk communities globally.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead safety and security support on projects and rapid response cases, including mentoring consultants.
• Engage with new clients and conduct introductory calls; develop tailored proposals.
• Provide internal support by planning travel, developing policies, and collaborating across teams.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience with grassroots organizations or international nonprofits.
• Strong knowledge of security risk management and working in high-risk environments.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Experience in consultancy or advisory services.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Desirable: Knowledge of French or Arabic, experience in mentoring, understanding of digital security.
