Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Regulatory or Trust & Safety operations experience.
• Ability to learn multiple sets of policies/processes and quickly adapt to changes.
• Strong critical thinking skills with an ability to identify workflow improvements.
• Experience working on cross-functional projects.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Experience with Zendesk or similar support tools is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Business, or equivalent experience.

Benefits

The position is eligible for equity, and salary ranges from €54,933 to €96,133 EUR.

Location

This position is remote but requires in-person collaboration 1-2 times per quarter at the Dublin, Ireland office.
