Overview
The Sales Agent will drive growth by generating leads, acquiring customers, and promoting financial products while ensuring compliance and excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and generate leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals
- Promote Kuda’s products including personal banking, business banking, loans, and POS services
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets by acquiring new customers
- Negotiate and close sales deals based on company pricing
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations
- Ensure compliance with KYC and AML regulations
- Educate customers on digital banking and onboard them successfully
- Maintain accurate sales records using CRM tools
- Participate in roadshows, fairs, and promotional events
- Provide feedback to improve products and customer experience
- Understand client needs and recommend suitable solutions
- Offer ongoing support including training and troubleshooting
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in sales or customer service preferably in banking or financial services
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good negotiation and influencing ability
- Excellent organization and time management skills
- High level of motivation and target driven mindset
- Knowledge of digital banking and mobile technology
