Vacancy Announcement: Sales Executive (Salary Loan / Wealth Management)

A financial services firm is seeking qualified candidates to fill the position of Sales Executive, specializing in Salary Loan and Wealth Management. This is a full-time opportunity available in Benue, Kano, and Abuja.

The role falls within the Marketing, Sales, Business Development, Merchandising, and Financial Advisory functions. The organization is looking for candidates with relevant academic qualifications, including a Bachelor’s Degree, Higher National Diploma (HND), or Ordinary National Diploma (OND). Applicants should have between 2 to 10 years of relevant work experience.

The salary range for this position is between ₦80,000 and ₦160,000.

The selected candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling various loan products to customers. They will serve as a liaison between clients and the financial institution, assisting qualified applicants in obtaining loans efficiently. Key responsibilities also include evaluating creditworthiness by processing loan applications and supporting documentation within specified limits.

Additionally, the role requires developing referral networks, identifying alternative sales channels, and cross-selling financial products and services to meet performance targets.

To be considered for this role, candidates should possess a degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field. Prior experience as a Loan Officer is essential, along with familiarity with computer systems and banking software. A solid understanding of direct and indirect lending products and practices is also required.

The ideal candidate should demonstrate strong customer service orientation, excellent sales skills, and the ability to work in a target-driven environment.
