This position offers a unique opportunity for experienced humanitarian leaders to contribute to the growth of a newly evolving operational directorate within Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF). The MedOps Cell Manager will play a central role in shaping the operational identity of MSF Ubuntu, focusing on community-centered medical operations.
The successful candidate will engage in shaping the operational identity of MSF Ubuntu and will have the chance to contribute to locally driven and community-centered operational approaches in highly impactful humanitarian contexts.
The position can be based in Harare, Johannesburg, or Nairobi during the initial two years of the assignment.
