Overview

This role offers an opportunity to support humanitarian logistics operations in Nigeria, ensuring compliance with COOPI procedures and donor requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain and electronically archive procurement records, track invoices, and issue tender documents.
Manage asset registers, monitor equipment usage, and prepare monthly stock and fuel consumption reports.
Supervise vehicle fleet operations, coordinate travel logistics, and ensure proper fuel storage.
Enforce logistics policies, liaise with security teams, and promote adherence to COOPI’s Code of Conduct.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role with an INGO.
Strong knowledge of procurement and supply chain processes, proficient in Microsoft Office tools.
Excellent communication, reporting, and analytical skills; ability to work in multicultural and high-pressure environments.
