Overview
The Club of Rome is seeking a talented Digital Content Creator to join its dynamic communications team. This full-time, remote role involves designing and producing engaging social media graphics, carousels, and short-form videos across various platforms, including Instagram, LinkedIn, Bluesky, and YouTube.
Key Responsibilities
- Create visually compelling social media graphics, carousels, and short videos for multiple platforms.
- Adapt visual styles to suit different brand identities and project briefs.
- Manage multiple projects efficiently, delivering high-quality content with quick turnarounds.
- Support team members with copywriting and other communication tasks.
- Work closely with the team to understand project goals, target audiences, and messaging.
- Participate in creative brainstorming sessions, bringing fresh ideas for content creation.
- Keep up-to-date with social media trends, platform features, formats, and algorithm updates.
- Leverage AI-driven content discovery tools to optimize content strategy.
- Experiment with new formats and share insights with the team.
- Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and maintains high visual standards.
- Organize and manage digital asset libraries efficiently.
- Contribute to evaluating content performance and suggest improvements.
Requirements
- Over 5 years of experience creating engaging social media graphics and short videos.
- Proficiency in design and video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva Pro, CapCut).
- Ability to adapt visual styles across different brands and project types.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms and content performance factors.
- Excellent time management skills, capable of handling multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Collaborative and proactive working style with strong communication skills.
- Ability to work independently from concept to delivery.
- Basic understanding of accessibility standards for digital content.
- Proficiency in written English for captions and titles.
Benefits
- Salary in the region of €45,000 per year, depending on experience and location.
- Full-time preferred (40 hours/week), with a possibility for 36 hours.
