Lodapoint is seeking experienced Sales Managers (Logistics) to join its team, aiming to revolutionize goods movement in Nigeria.

Key Responsibilities

• Onboard shippers and establish relationships with transporters.
• Develop strategic sales plans and expand the logistics network.
• Acquire and manage clients while generating shipment volume.
• Conduct market research and represent the company in meetings and events.
• Collaborate with operations and product teams to enhance service delivery.

Requirements

• 3–7 years of proven sales experience in logistics, freight, haulage, or supply chain management.
• Strong network of shippers, transporters, and logistics stakeholders.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills.
• Understanding of Nigeria’s transportation ecosystem.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or related fields preferred.
