Senior Account Executive, Select Accounts @Mixpanel

Overview

The role involves managing a book of named enterprise accounts for Mixpanel, a leading product intelligence and analytics platform. The Senior Account Executive will focus on renewal, expansion, and acquiring new logos while collaborating closely with various teams to drive deals forward.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and execute account plans aligning Mixpanel's capabilities with customer priorities.
• Develop relationships from practitioner to C-suite levels to create champions.
• Conduct regular business reviews to identify growth opportunities.
• Forecast accurately and maintain a clean pipeline in Salesforce.
• Identify and close expansion opportunities within the existing accounts.
• Prospect and secure new logos from the targeted account list.
• Implement a disciplined sales process using MEDDPICC.
• Collaborate with Solutions Engineers for product demonstrations.
• Build pipeline using multiple sourcing channels.
• Partner with Customer Success to ensure customer value realization.
• Feedback customer and market signals to Product team.
• Contribute to team playbooks and share successful strategies with the team.

Requirements

• Experience managing enterprise SaaS accounts through renewal, expansion, and net new motions.
• Proven success in closing six- and seven-figure deals with extended sales cycles.
• Established relationships at the VP and C-suite levels.
• Expertise in using MEDDPICC for deal qualification.
• Ability to independently lead complex, cross-functional deals.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-directed and coachable approach.
• Comfortable working in ambiguous situations to develop account strategies.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% for customer meetings and events.
