Key Responsibilities

• Build low latency, scalable trading services in Rust, including Order Management Systems (OMS) and exchange gateways.
• Enhance and maintain OMS functionality for efficient order execution and management.
• Collaborate with a dedicated engineering team to improve systems continuously.
• Contribute to the cryptocurrency exchange ecosystem by developing new financial services.
• Implement security measures to protect user and company data.
• Work with other tech teams to ensure high quality and performance of products.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in C++ and/or Rust.
• Experience with Python and SQL.
• Knowledge in multithreading and network programming.
• Familiarity with high throughput and low latency systems, particularly in trading systems architecture.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a pragmatic approach to developing clean solutions.
• Basic understanding of algorithms, data structures, databases, and distributed systems.
