Senior Director, Product Marketing @Guild

The Senior Director of Product Marketing will lead the product marketing function, creating clear narratives, positioning, and enablement materials to support the company's diverse offerings.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the core positioning, messaging, and buyer narrative for Guild's portfolio.
• Translate narratives into go-to-market (GTM) language across various platforms.
• Ensure product complexity is communicated clearly to stakeholders.
• Lead launch readiness, including internal communications and customer messaging.
• Create and guide core enablement materials for Sales and Employer Partner Services.
• Define the buyer journey and adopt messaging strategies.
• Run the product marketing management (PMM) operating model to scale the function.

Requirements

• 12+ years of B2B marketing leadership experience, including 7+ years in product marketing.
• Strong judgment in positioning and messaging.
• Experience in fast-scaling B2B SaaS or enterprise services companies.
• Experience managing or mentoring product marketers.
• Ability to utilize AI tools for marketing purposes.
• Experience in building product launch systems.
• Exceptional writing skills and comfort working with executives.
• A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
