Overview

Vercel is seeking a Senior Financial Systems Administrator to join their Finance Transformation team, focusing on managing the finance tech stack and leveraging AI to enhance workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Own production support for finance systems, addressing tickets while ensuring prompt and durable resolutions.
• Administer and troubleshoot finance tech systems including NetSuite, Zip, Stripe, Ramp, and Navan, handling user provisioning and complex troubleshooting.
• Act as the subject matter expert on Serval, the AI-powered ticketing platform, improving its automation capabilities.
• Design and build AI agents and tools to automate Finance Transformation workflows and enhance project intake processes.
• Maintain financial systems controls for compliance with SOX and audit requirements.
• Support month-end close processes related to financial systems.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for cross-system issues.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in financial systems administration, particularly with NetSuite.
• Ability to manage a ticket queue and multiple systems effectively.
• Experience using AI tools for practical solutions and workflow automation.
• Strong understanding of finance processes like procure-to-pay and record-to-report.
• Capability to troubleshoot complex issues and communicate with diverse stakeholders.
• Comfortable working autonomously in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Availability to work standard hours of 3:30 p.m.–12:30 a.m. IST.
