Mixpanel is a leading product intelligence and analytics platform that helps companies understand how users engage with their products. As a Senior Global Benefits Manager, the role focuses on designing and overseeing benefits programs that support Mixpanel employees worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and improvement of health, retirement, wellness, and leave programs across multiple countries.
• Manage ambiguous, cross-functional initiatives such as country expansions and M&A integrations.
• Maintain vendor and broker relationships globally, including renewal negotiations.
• Ensure benefits compliance and monitor regulatory changes.
• Analyze program cost and utilization data to inform budgeting and provide recommendations.
• Create benefits education and self-service resources for employees.
• Leverage AI and new tools to enhance reporting, analysis, and employee support.

Requirements

• Experience leading complex, independent, cross-functional projects.
• Understanding of benefits and employment compliance frameworks.
• Experience managing vendor relationships, including negotiations.
• Ability to analyze data and provide actionable recommendations.
• Comfort with adopting new tools, including AI.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Sound judgment working autonomously in a multi-country environment.
• A degree in human resources, business, finance, or a related field or equivalent experience.
