Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and grow a world-class engineering team.
• Own the roadmap and drive delivery of endpoint protections.
• Connect your team's work to the rest of Elastic Security.
• Direct the team's machine learning work.
• Drive cross-platform protection parity.
• Represent the team externally at conferences and with customers.

Requirements

• Experience managing senior technical individual contributors on a globally distributed team.
• Extensive hands-on experience as a security researcher.
• Operating system internals knowledge in kernel and user mode.
• Hands-on reverse engineering and malware analysis experience.
• Clear communication skills for technical and executive audiences.
• Motivation to thrive in a distributed, autonomous environment.
• Experience leveraging AI-assisted development tools.
