Senior Manager, Global Equity @Faire

Overview

Faire is a technology wholesale platform focused on empowering independent retailers globally. The role of Senior Manager, Global Equity involves managing and evolving Faire’s global equity programs with an emphasis on scalability and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and scale global equity programs, including plan design, administration, accounting, compliance, and employee experience.
• Partner with Finance, Accounting, Payroll, Legal, and People to create audit-ready processes.
• Oversee public company equity responsibilities, including SEC reporting support and insider trading programs.
• Manage the full equity lifecycle, including grant issuance and reconciliations.
• Design and optimize equity systems and workflows, including integrations with payroll, HRIS, and financial reporting systems.
• Provide support for complex equity matters and manage global regulatory and compliance risks.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, Law, or equivalent practical experience.
• 10+ years of experience in stock plan administration in high-growth environments.
• CEP certification strongly preferred.
• Expertise in global equity programs and knowledge of legal, tax, and payroll considerations.
• Experience with Employee Stock Purchase Plans.
• Strong analytical and systems skills; Shareworks expertise required.
• Ability to influence cross-functionally and work with senior leaders.
• Resourcefulness and hands-on approach.
