Instacart is transforming the grocery industry by providing essential delivery services while creating earning opportunities for personal shoppers. The company is looking for a Senior Manager in Legal Technology, Operations & AI Enablement to enhance its operations as the legal department scales.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and manage a high-performing legal operations team.
• Deploy an AI enablement program with meaningful adoption.
• Execute legal and business operations initiatives including Go-To-Market strategies and cross-system integrations.
• Continuously improve contract lifecycle management systems and maintain collaborations across various departments.
• Establish operations for outside counsel with clear accountability.
• Develop and maintain knowledge management infrastructure and KPI dashboards.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in legal operations or a related field with ownership of a legal operations program.
• Minimum of 3 years of direct people management experience.
• Experience leading technology implementations with systems integrations, and managing AI-assisted workflows.
• Strong analytical and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
