    The Role

    The Senior Manager, Programs and Delivery, serves as the operational and programmatic partner to the Managing Director.

    This role is responsible for developing and maintaining systems, coordination, and delivery infrastructure to ensure consistent, high-quality support to organizations.

    The successful candidate will manage project management systems, coordinate service providers, support delivery across various modalities, and oversee documentation and knowledge production.

    This position requires a hands-on approach, strong organizational skills, and alignment with CSP’s core values.

    Key Responsibilities

    Systems and Operational Flow

    • Oversee CSP’s project management infrastructure, ensuring it is current and functional
    • Monitor intake processes and active accompaniment relationships
    • Maintain up-to-date CMS (Monday.com), intake platforms (Typeform), and internal trackers

    Service Provider Coordination

    • Support Terms of Reference creation, onboarding, level-of-effort tracking, and ongoing communication with service providers
    • Foster a positive experience for consultants from initial contact to project completion
    • Track service provider hours against budgets and support invoicing and payments

    Delivery Support Across Modalities

    • Coordinate cohort logistics, participant communications, and convening infrastructure
    • Ensure consistent delivery across CSP’s formats: 1:1 support, cohorts, and workshops
    • Act as a reliable operations contact for organizations through early engagement stages

    Documentation and Knowledge Production

    • Record meeting outputs and maintain internal records diligently
    • Support the development and refinement of tools, templates, and guidance documents
    • Facilitate coordination with partner organizations on shared workstreams and reporting

    Candidate Requirements

    Essential

    • Formal project management training with recent, hands-on experience
    • Proficiency with Monday.com or similar systems (building, troubleshooting, training)
    • 6–10 years of experience in nonprofit, philanthropy, international development, or civil society sectors

    • Extensive lived experience or background in the majority world
    • Excellent organizational judgment, prioritization, and decision-making skills
    • Warm, attentive communication with cross-cultural competence
    • Clear, human-centered writing skills

    Location and Compensation

    This is a fully remote, full-time position aligned with the Central European time zone.

    The role is within Accountability Lab’s organizational structure, funded through CSP, with some travel possible.

    The remuneration ranges from USD 70,000 to USD 90,000, depending on experience.
