    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead HR operations programs end-to-end, including defining scope, owners, and success measures.
    • Serve as the primary functional owner for core People technology platforms (HRIS, ATS, LMS).
    • Lead technology deployments and platform conversions, coordinating with IT and vendor teams.
    • Research HR technology trends to build a People tech roadmap.
    • Apply AI and emerging tools to improve the People Operations function.
    • Establish and enforce data governance standards across HR systems.
    • Design a tiered HR support model with clear ownership and service levels.
    • Map workflows across People, Payroll, Finance, and IT to maximize automation.
    • Document and maintain standard operating procedures (SOP).
    • Manage compliance for higher-risk programs including I-9/E-Verify.
    • Monitor employment law developments and translate changes into compliant workflows.
    • Manage relationships with external partners and lead accountability conversations.
    • Facilitate alignment among diverse stakeholders.

    Requirements

    • Experience in People Operations in a high-growth technology environment.
    • Experience as a functional owner or administrator for HR platforms.
    • Experience in building or contributing to a People technology roadmap.
    • Documented experience in redesigning people processes across the employee lifecycle.
    • Influenced cross-functional partners to adopt new workflows.
    • Project management experience in multi-stakeholder initiatives.
    • Established data governance standards in HR systems.
    • Managed compliance programs proactively.
    • Effective communicator at all levels of the organization.
