Key Responsibilities

• Own key Order Quality design initiatives from concept exploration through execution-level delivery across multiple projects.
• Serve as the domain expert for Order Quality, ensuring continuity on work while managing new requests from the product team.
• Collaborate as a trusted thought partner with product managers on strategy and solution development.
• Engage in high-level strategic conversations and detailed execution work, including creating Figma flows and collaborating on design systems.
• Build relationships across product, engineering, research, and brand; represent Order Quality design in reviews and presentations.
• Apply modern AI tools in workflows to enhance design processes and customer experience.

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience designing consumer-facing digital products, with a portfolio showcasing complex product journeys.
• Proven ability to manage projects end-to-end from concept to delivery.
• Experience collaborating with multiple product and engineering teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills for presenting work to cross-functional partners and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Figma for producing high-fidelity designs.
• Curiosity about design craft and enthusiasm for AI's role in improving workflows.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in e-commerce, grocery, marketplace, or logistics industries where fulfillment and order integrity are important.
• Background in designing for multi-sided marketplaces balancing different stakeholder needs.
• Experience in large corporate or agency environments with established design processes.
• Comfort in working with and improving design language systems.
