Senior Product Manager, AI @Brex

Overview

Brex is the intelligent finance platform that enables companies to spend smarter and move faster in more than 200 markets. The Senior Product Manager for AI will work on empowering finance admins with AI-driven tools to improve financial decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Own product direction for the Finance Admin AI area, including strategy and day-to-day decisions.
• Translate complex finance workflows into agent behavior for production.
• Define "good judgment" for financial agents and build evaluation and feedback systems.
• Get hands-on with prototyping and iterating on product features.
• Work directly with finance admins to drive product iterations based on real usage.
• Set and uphold a high quality bar for financial agents.

Requirements

• Experienced product manager with a track record in user-facing products.
• Experience working with company admins across various functions.
• Strong understanding of company workflows and data reporting.
• Technical proficiency and experience with probabilistic or optimization-driven systems.
• Ability to handle ambiguity and extract meaningful insights from data.
• Strong product taste and judgment.

Benefits

Compensation is expected to be between $184,000 - $230,000, depending on various factors. Equity and additional compensation may be provided.

Location

This role will be based in the Seattle, San Francisco, or New York City office, with a requirement to work in the office at least 3 days per week.
