Key Responsibilities

• Set and own the vision for recommendations and personalization on Caper.
• Own the system that determines what to show and when, utilizing machine learning and real-time signals.
• Drive AI-first innovation to enhance the content shown to shoppers.
• Champion a high-quality, intuitive shopping experience through close collaboration with Design.
• Run an experiment-driven roadmap and serve as the product lead, aligning stakeholders on strategy and progress.

Requirements

• 3+ years of product management experience or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience working with ML or data science teams to implement models in consumer products.
• Experience in defining and driving engagement metrics through experimentation.
• Strong quantitative analysis skills for decision-making in ambiguous situations.
• Proven ability to collaborate with UX design teams and apply design thinking in product development.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills, with experience presenting to senior stakeholders.
