Senior Product Manager, Control Plane - Platform @Elastic

Overview

The role involves a Senior Product Manager position within Elastic’s Control Plane team, responsible for managing the product portfolio and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will help maintain Elastic’s market position through innovative product management.

Key Responsibilities

• Define aspects of the vision and roadmap for the Control Plane team, focusing on management, orchestration, and scaling capabilities.
• Collaborate with engineering counterparts to prioritize initiatives.
• Work with Sales & Marketing on go-to-market strategies, messaging, competitive analysis, and enablement.
• Gather market data, customer feedback, and usage information to develop product insights.

Requirements

• 4+ years of Product Management experience with a focus on technical products.
• Strong understanding of infrastructure cloud technologies and distributed data stores.
• Track record of leveraging AI effectively in product development.
• Ability to collaborate across functions and manage multiple projects.
• Experience working autonomously in a distributed team environment.
• Ego-free attitude and good sense of humor.
