Senior Product Manager, Control Plane - Platform @Elastic

Overview

The role involves managing a product portfolio within the Control Plane team at Elastic, responsible for Elastic Cloud's backend and orchestration products, ensuring market leadership through exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Define parts of the vision and roadmap focusing on management, orchestration, and scaling capabilities.
• Collaborate with Engineering counterparts to prioritize initiatives.
• Work with Sales & Marketing teams on go-to-market strategies, messaging, competitive analysis, and enablement.
• Gather market data, customer feedback, and usage information to develop product insights.

Requirements

• 4+ years of Product Management experience with deep technical products.
• Strong understanding of infrastructure cloud technologies and distributed data stores.
• Proven track record of leveraging AI in work processes.
• Ability to collaborate across functions and manage multiple projects.
• Effective communication skills for working within a distributed team.
• Empathy and a team-oriented attitude.
