Senior Product Manager, Logs - Observability @Elastic

Overview

The role involves joining the Elastic Observability product team as a Product Manager, focusing on logs and log analytics capabilities to enhance customer experience in full stack Observability.

Key Responsibilities

• Evolve logs analytics capabilities in alignment with organizational strategy.
• Advance the end-to-end lifecycle for logs collection, ingestion, and management.
• Build features for modern SRE, including GenAI integration and automated SLO/SLI tracking.
• Collaborate with Engineering, UX, Design, and other teams for application monitoring experiences.
• Work with Sales & Marketing on go-to-market strategies and feature adoption.
• Track user engagement and feedback for product evolution.

Requirements

• 3+ years in product management or related area.
• Technical experience in logs analytics.
• Knowledge of Observability and performance monitoring.
• Ability to turn abstract problems into prioritized solutions.
• Exceptional spoken and written communication skills.
• Interest in industry trends and competitive landscape.
• Experience in globally distributed work environments is preferred.
• Knowledge of AI is a plus.
