Elastic enables everyone to find answers using data at scale. The role of Senior Product Manager focuses on enhancing the Observability product team, specifically in logs and logs analytics capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Evolving logs analytics capabilities in line with organizational strategies.
• Advancing the lifecycle for logs collection, ingestion, and management.
• Building features for modern SREs, including GenAI integration and automated tracking.
• Collaborating with Engineering, UX, Design, and other teams to improve application monitoring experiences.
• Working with Sales & Marketing teams on go-to-market strategies and feature adoption.
• Tracking user engagement and feedback for product evolution.

Requirements

• 3+ years in product management or a closely related area.
• Technical experience in logs analytics.
• Knowledge of Observability and performance monitoring.
• Ability to convert abstract problems into practical solutions.
• Strong communication skills.
• Interest in industry trends and competitive landscape.
• Experience in a remote, globally distributed environment is desired.
• Knowledge of AI is optional but preferred.
