The role involves joining the Elastic Observability product team as a Senior Product Manager, focusing on logs and logs analytics capabilities. Elastic is a company dedicated to helping businesses find answers in real time using their data at scale.

Key Responsibilities

• Evolving logs analytics capabilities in alignment with organizational and company strategy.
• Advancing the end-to-end lifecycle for logs collection, ingest, and management.
• Building features for modern SREs, including GenAI integration, automated SLO/SLI tracking, and intelligent alerting.
• Collaborating with Engineering, UX, Design, and other teams to enhance application monitoring experiences.
• Working with Sales & Marketing on go-to-market strategies, messaging, analysis, and feature adoption.
• Tracking user engagement and feedback to inform product development.

Requirements

• 3+ years in product management or a related area.
• Technical experience in logs analytics.
• Knowledge of observability and performance monitoring.
• Ability to solve abstract problems with concrete solutions.
• Strong communication skills.
• Interest in industry trends and the competitive landscape.
• Experience in a remote, globally distributed work environment is desired.
• Knowledge of AI is optional.
