Senior Product Manager, Logs - Observability @Elastic

Overview

Elastic, the Search AI Company, enables everyone to find the answers they need in real time using all their data. The company is seeking a Senior Product Manager for the Observability product team, with a specific focus on logs and logs analytics capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Evolve logs analytics capabilities, aligning with organizational strategies.
• Advance the entire end-to-end lifecycle for logs collection, ingest, and management.
• Build features for modern SREs, including integrating GenAI and Agentic workflows, automated SLO/SLI tracking from logs, intelligent alerting, and more.
• Collaborate with Engineering, UX, Design, and other teams to enhance application monitoring experiences.
• Work with Sales & Marketing on go-to-market strategies, messaging, competitive analysis, enablement, and feature adoption.
• Track user engagement and feedback to inform product evolution.

Requirements

• Ideally 3+ years in product management or a related area.
• Technical experience in logs analytics.
• Knowledge of the observability and/or performance monitoring domains.
• Ability to convert abstract problems into prioritized solutions.
• Outstanding spoken and written communication skills.
• Passion for industry trends and competitive landscape.
• Experience in a remote, globally distributed work environment is preferred.
• Knowledge of AI is a plus.
