Key Responsibilities

• Evolving logs analytics capabilities in alignment with company strategy.
• Managing the end-to-end lifecycle for logs collection, ingestion, and management.
• Building features that cater to modern Site Reliability Engineers (SREs), including GenAI integrations and automated tracking.
• Collaborating with Engineering, UX, Design, and other teams to enhance application monitoring experiences.
• Working with Sales & Marketing on go-to-market strategies and feature adoption.
• Tracking user engagement and feedback to inform product evolution.

Requirements

• 3+ years in product management or a closely related area.
• Technical experience in logs analytics.
• Knowledge of observability and performance monitoring.
• Ability to convert abstract problems into prioritized solutions.
• Excellent communication skills, both spoken and written.
• Interest in industry trends and competitive landscape.
• Remote work experience is preferred but not necessary.
• Knowledge of AI is a plus.
