Overview

The role of Senior Product Manager for Klaviyo’s Profiles Platform involves owning the strategy and roadmap for the core customer data system that powers every product experience. The position requires working closely with engineering and various product teams to ensure accurate management and usability of customer profile data.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the strategy and roadmap for Klaviyo’s core profile data system, including profile traits and storage layers.
• Serve as the product owner for the source of truth for customer data across the platform.
• Partner with engineering to evolve profile data architecture and services.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure accurate and unified customer records.
• Drive improvements in profile data quality and usability.
• Enable enterprise and global expansion by supporting compliance requirements.
• Define and track metrics around data quality and system efficiency.

Requirements

• 6+ years of product management experience, ideally in platform or data infrastructure.
• Experience with data models, pipelines, or large-scale distributed systems.
• Comfortable working in technical environments, closely partnering with engineering.
• Proven ability to drive cross-team alignment.
• Strong communication skills to translate technical concepts into business impact.

Benefits

• Base salary ranging from $136,000 to $204,000 USD, determined by skills and experience.

Location
