Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Own the long-term vision, strategy, and roadmap for site theming and content management related to ecommerce experiences.
- Build a centralized platform for retailers to manage their sites' visual representation.
- Manage the Digital Asset Manager (DAM) for asset hosting and management.
- Define the balance between retailer flexibility and platform coherence.
- Partner with Design and engineering teams to build necessary tools.
- Shape AI capabilities for page editing and merchandising workflows.
- Represent Instacart to major retailers as an innovation partner.
- Drive cross-functional alignment to support retailer-driven innovation roadmaps.
Requirements
- 8+ years of B2B product management or similar experience, including 3+ years in ecommerce/retail technology.
- 2+ years of sales or consulting experience with senior executives.
- Strong intersection of product and go-to-market experience.
- Proven ability to build trust with executives.
- Demonstrated leadership skills across multiple teams.
- Experience handling complex product problems with high ambiguity.
- Strong vision for the future of grocery and e-commerce.
- Fluency in product intuition and data assessment for value propositions.
