Overview
The Senior Relationship Manager will drive revenue growth by onboarding and managing SME clients, strengthening relationships, and expanding trade finance and deposit portfolios.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive growth in trade finance and deposit mobilization for SME clients
- Promote products such as letters of credit, bank guarantees, and import/export finance
- Acquire and manage SME clients with strong deposit potential
- Build and maintain long term client relationships
- Onboard and activate new to bank SME customers
- Understand client needs and provide tailored financial solutions
- Collaborate with trade operations and treasury teams for seamless service delivery
- Increase low-cost deposits and cross-sell SME banking products
- Improve customer experience and service delivery
- Provide regular reports and feedback to management
- Ensure proper documentation of meetings, plans, and client interactions
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant professional qualification
- Strong knowledge of trade finance and global trade regulations
- Experience in SME banking and lending products
- Ability to analyze client needs and provide strategic solutions
