Senior Software Engineer @MongoDB

Overview

The MongoDB Database Experience team is a diverse group of contributors working to help users manage MongoDB at a global scale. The team is looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join their Developer Tools Team, which builds tools for users to interact with their data and understand the performance of their MongoDB deployments.

Key Responsibilities

• Work on tools allowing users to interact with data and assess the health and performance of MongoDB deployments.
• Develop and maintain APIs and customer-facing UIs, including MongoDB Compass and Atlas Data Explorer.
• Collaborate in both frontend and backend tasks.

Requirements

• Full stack engineering skills with experience in building modern, scalable, high-availability web applications.
• Experience with databases.
• Ability to work well in a team, be approachable, curious, and intellectually honest.
• Willingness to tackle complex problems in a distributed environment.
• A passion for continuous learning.
