Fin is an AI Customer Agent company on a mission to help businesses deliver exceptional customer experiences. They are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to solve real customer problems through efficient application of technical knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop technical plans and contribute to the technical architecture to scale products for millions of users.
• Write Ruby code integrating various AWS and SaaS technologies forming the core backend infrastructure.
• Deploy changes to production on your first day and features within your first week.
• Utilize AI-powered developer tools to mitigate friction and focus on meaningful problem-solving.
• Mentor other engineers and participate in the hiring process to grow the team.

Requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering experience, preferably with SaaS products.
• Deep knowledge of a high-level programming language (e.g., Ruby, Python, JavaScript).
• Experience collaborating directly with product teams and designers.
• Proven track record of delivering value to users or customers.
• Experience with distributed systems.
