Overview

Northbeam is building an advanced marketing intelligence platform that provides eCommerce brands with insights through powerful attribution modeling and customizable dashboards. The company is seeking a Senior Software Engineer with a focus on backend systems to help scale their offerings.

Key Responsibilities

• Scale the new incrementality product into a reliable experimentation platform.
• Develop near-real-time ingestion and processing capabilities.
• Build AI-powered workflows for marketers.
• Improve connection-state systems and extend the partner ecosystem.
• Contribute to frontend work when necessary for complete product experiences.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience with distributed backend systems, microservices, APIs, or data processing systems in Python.
• Experience in designing system architecture.
• Ability to work collaboratively with product managers, designers, and data scientists.
• Startup experience or an environment requiring breadth and strong problem-solving skills.
• Experience with complex datasets and technical issues.
• Frontend experience with React and TypeScript is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving and coding fundamentals.
• A generalist mindset with a willingness to work across various technologies.
