Northbeam is developing a leading marketing intelligence platform that helps top eCommerce brands gain insights through powerful attribution modeling and customizable dashboards. The organization is seeking a Senior Software Engineer focused on backend systems to support its rapid growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Scale the new incrementality product into a reliable, repeatable experimentation platform.
• Develop near-real-time data ingestion and processing capabilities.
• Build AI-powered workflows to assist marketers in evaluating performance.
• Improve connection-state systems and extend the partner ecosystem.
• Contribute to frontend work as needed for complete product experiences.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in designing and building distributed backend systems, microservices, APIs, and data processing systems using Python.
• Experience in building system architecture.
• Ability to work collaboratively with product managers, designers, and data scientists.
• Previous startup experience or an environment requiring breadth of skills and strong problem-solving abilities.
• Experience in managing complex datasets and interconnected tables.
• Frontend experience with technologies such as React and TypeScript.
• Strong coding fundamentals and independent problem-solving skills.
• A generalist mindset with a willingness to work across various areas as required.
