Overview

ClickHouse is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to lead the development of AI/ML-powered features in ClickHouse Cloud. The role involves bridging high-performance database technology with AI capabilities, implementing integrations and solutions that enhance user interaction with data.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement AI-powered features across the full stack, from backend services to frontend interfaces.
• Create robust, scalable APIs connecting ClickHouse's database capabilities with AI/ML inference systems.
• Build responsive and intuitive user interfaces to make AI functionalities accessible to users of all backgrounds.
• Implement and maintain integrations with the AI/ML ecosystem, ensuring seamless operation with popular frameworks.
• Integrate models into production systems with monitoring, versioning, observability, and evaluation.

Requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering experience in production environments.
• Experience working directly with AI/ML technologies.
• Strong frontend skills in TypeScript/JavaScript and React.
• Backend development experience in TypeScript or Python, focused on API design and service architecture.
• High level of ownership and ability to drive features from concept to production.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to diverse stakeholders.
