Senior Solutions Engineer - Southeast @Neo4j

Overview

The role of Senior Solutions Engineer at Neo4j involves partnering with sales executives to showcase the value of the graph data platform and managing the technical aspects of the sales cycle. This position is pivotal to the company's success by helping organizations understand the technical and business value of Neo4j's offerings.

Key Responsibilities

• Articulate the business and technical value of Neo4j to customers.
• Drive and run the technology evaluation stage of the sales cycles.
• Manage day-to-day activities such as opportunity qualification, technical discovery, presentations, and platform demonstrations.
• Build rapport with customer stakeholders and serve as a trusted advisor.
• Co-create reference and solution architectures with customers.
• Stay updated on Neo4j capabilities and integrate with third-party tools and services.
• Communicate customer needs and product feedback to relevant teams.
• Participate in account-based marketing events and industry conferences.
• Travel as needed to support deal creation and closure.

Requirements

• 5+ years of customer-facing experience in a related role.
• Experience with data technologies, ideally in enterprise data architecture or analytics.
• Working knowledge of graph databases is a strong plus.
• Hands-on experience with SQL/NoSQL databases and proficiency in at least one programming language (Python, Java, JavaScript, Go, C#).
• Familiarity with GenAI and Agentic AI is a plus.
• Successful track record in designing and implementing data solutions.
• Strong communication skills to engage technical and non-technical audiences.
• Passion for learning new technologies and spearheading change management.

• Annual on-target earnings range of $200,000 — $265,000 USD.
