Overview

The role of Senior Specialist in Industry Solutions at MongoDB involves working with a globally-dispersed team to align MongoDB as an industry solution. The position requires understanding enterprise clients and their needs to modernize software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the creation of technical demos for industry-focused use cases.
• Generate and deliver content such as white papers, blogs, webinars, and other thought leadership materials.
• Partner with the Industry Solutions team to customize solutions and presentations for clients.
• Support sales through technical discovery, demos, training, and documentation.
• Act as a liaison between the team and Marketing, Sales, and Product.
• Mentor other team members and share best practices.
• Travel up to 25% for conferences and team events.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of relevant work experience in the tech sector or relevant technical experience in other sectors.
• Foundational knowledge of programming (Python & JavaScript) and data engineering.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Proactive and self-motivated with a willingness to learn.
• The ability to manage and work with multiple stakeholders effectively.
• Diverse experience or interest in industries such as finance, banking, or healthcare.
• Travel capability of up to 25%.
