Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership & Vision: Envision and trailblaze the approach to leveraging offsite and onsite signals, creating and evolving the company-wide roadmap.
• Program Execution & Outcomes: Oversee and deliver programs that span multiple organizations and lead technical execution of signals initiatives.
• Influence & Cross-Org Leadership: Influence at the VP/staff level, guiding and motivating teams while serving as the liaison with AI Research teams.
• Collaboration & Communication: Evangelize the vision of signals programs and propose informed tradeoffs across the company.
• Technical & Domain Expertise: Demonstrate expert technical understanding to guide teams in solving complex challenges.
• AI-first execution & workflow design: Use GenAI for TPM execution, modernizing workflows and ensuring compliance with AI handling standards.

Requirements

• BS in a technical discipline or equivalent experience (10+ years in technical or analytical roles with significant program leadership).
• Proven track record of leading transformational, company-level programs.
• Expertise in search, recommendation systems, ML/AI, and large-scale data integration.
• Experience in using GenAI for program operations and decision-making.
• Strong communication, relationship-building skills, and organizational awareness.
• Experience with legal, privacy, and regulatory compliance in data-driven environments.

Benefits

Salary range for the position is $163,639 — $336,903 USD. The position is eligible for equity and is not eligible for relocation assistance.

Location

Remote within the US, with required in-office collaboration 1-2 times per quarter.
