Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Drive complex, multi-disciplinary transformation and operational programs to deliver honest financial products.
• Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to drive alignment on strategy, priorities, and key decisions.
• Implement lean processes for better working methods and build a culture of continuous improvement.
• Establish data-driven operational frameworks to monitor portfolio performance and enhance decision-making.
• Develop communication strategies for seamless information flow across the organization.
• Partner with teams to plan change requirements, manage risks, and drive clarity and efficiency.
• Identify needs and experiment with solutions to promote accountability and visibility within the organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 8 years of experience managing programs and processes in a technology environment.
• Strong technical background and understanding of software development processes.
• Organized and strategic in collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and consulting skills.
• Prior experience in FinTech, Payments, or Commerce is a plus.
