Overview

Brex is seeking a Staff Product Designer to work closely with Product and Engineering teams, contributing to a strong product design standard in financial innovation. The role emphasizes creativity, strategic thinking, and collaboration within a hybrid work environment.

Requirements

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including engineering and product management.
• Ability to craft clear narratives and align teams.
• Passion for team building and development.
• 10+ years of experience as a product designer.
• Experience in building customer-facing products from 0 to 1.

Benefits

The expected salary range for this role is $240,000 - $300,000, with starting base pay depending on various factors. Equity and other compensation forms may be included.

Location

This role is hybrid, requiring three days per week in the office located in San Francisco, Seattle, or New York, with a maximum of four weeks per year for fully remote work.
