Overview
Docker is a globally distributed, remote-first team building tools that define how software gets built and delivered. They are looking for a Senior Total Rewards Partner to design, manage, and improve compensation, equity, and benefits programs for their global team.
Key Responsibilities
- Compensation: Own and evolve core compensation programs, manage new hire and retention equity programs.
- Global Benefits: Manage and improve benefits programs across various countries, ensuring compliance and competitiveness.
- Data, Analytics, and Business Partnership: Build models and analyses, translate data into recommendations, and partner with leaders on rewards decisions.
- Communication and Change Management: Lead communication for total rewards initiatives, create clear communications, and serve as a trusted advisor.
Requirements
- 8+ years of progressive compensation experience.
- Experience with new hire and retention equity programs.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with compensation planning tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and navigate ambiguity.
- Experience supporting benefits programs in a global environment is a plus.
- Certification such as Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) is a plus.
