Role Overview

The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that grow the company’s online presence—particularly on LinkedIn—while fostering meaningful engagement with its audience. The role emphasizes organic growth through high-quality content, data-driven decision-making, and community interaction rather than superficial metrics.

Key Responsibilities

• Grow and manage the company’s LinkedIn presence
• Engage actively with the audience to build a strong online community
• Develop and implement effective social media growth strategies
• Monitor, analyze, and report on performance metrics and insights
• Support product launches and marketing campaigns through social channels
• Plan, execute, and optimize paid social media advertising campaigns

Work Structure & Compensation

• Work Mode: 100% Remote
• Salary: ₦200,000 per month

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of social media trends, content strategy, and audience engagement. They should be analytical, creative, and capable of managing multiple campaigns while maintaining consistent brand voice and messaging.

Experience in running paid ads, content creation, and performance tracking tools will be an added advantage. The role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
