Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with engineers and cross-functional teams to define product strategy and drive execution from conception to maintenance.
• Evolve Developer Platform capabilities that help customers automate workflows and integrate Notion with their tools and data.
• Contribute to the performance, reliability, and robustness of the Notion product.
• Work with engineering leaders to identify and execute technical investments ensuring the sustainability of core systems.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience shipping production software with a track record of owning features end-to-end.
• Fluency with TypeScript across both backend and frontend.
• Strong product instincts and the ability to scope projects effectively.
• Curiosity and willingness to adopt AI tools.

Benefits

Notion offers highly competitive compensation, equity, and benefits. The estimated base salary range for this role is $213,000 - $320,000 per year for roles based in San Francisco or New York City.

Location

This role can be based in either San Francisco or New York City. Employees work from the office on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays.
