Overview

Elastic, the Search AI Company, enables real-time data access at scale. As a Software Engineer II on the Web Engineering team, you will build features and infrastructure to enhance the user experience on elastic.co, ensuring site performance and reliability.

Key Responsibilities

• Own full-stack features from design to deployment.
• Instrument client-side performance and backend logging.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and developers.
• Write clean, maintainable code and manage its behavior in production.
• Triage and resolve security vulnerabilities.
• Participate in code reviews.
• Diagnose and resolve production issues and participate in on-call rotation.

Requirements

• 3+ years in a full-stack or frontend role with TypeScript and React proficiency.
• Production experience with Node.js, Python, or Go.
• Experience managing CI/CD pipelines independently.
• Proven ability to use AI for development and debugging.
• Experience in building secure, scalable applications.
• Able to work autonomously in a global team.
