Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end architecture for automation and agentic programs at customer sites, documenting trade-offs.

• Architect Document Understanding pipelines and related Python services for customer systems.
• Select appropriate GenAI/ML techniques for specific problems and ensure proper operationalization pre-launch.
• Act as a technical advisor, translating client requirements into architecture and justifying design choices.
• Establish standards for design reviews and mentor developers to maintain operational architecture.
• Provide feedback from field operations into product roadmaps based on findings.

Requirements

• 7+ years of software development experience in Python, C#, TypeScript, VB.NET, or other comparable languages.
• 4+ years of experience in building UiPath automation workflows, with knowledge of related tools and applications.
• Proficiency in UiPath design patterns and understanding of their appropriate application.
• Experience with LLM-based agents and workflows, preferably in production environments.
• Knowledge of AI behaviors regarding prompting and grounding, ensuring outcomes are within acceptable limits.
• Strong customer-facing skills in professional services or consulting, leading workshops and managing stakeholders.
• Technical leadership experience in distributed teams, focusing on strategy and best practices.
• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, AI, or similar field is preferred, or equivalent experience.
