Overview

The Solution Architect - Onboarding role at Neo4j involves supporting enterprise customers in their architectural foundations and ensuring a successful onboarding experience. The position focuses on bridging the gap between signed contracts and production-ready ecosystems, offering guidance in technical and infrastructure needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate complex business requirements into tailored technical solutions to accelerate cloud adoption.
• Lead technical discovery sessions with enterprise customers to establish success criteria, KPIs, milestones, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Guide the setup of Neo4j AuraDB environments or self-managed clusters across major cloud platforms.
• Implement system hardening and secure network architectures.
• Architect data ingestion pipelines and provide best practices for Neo4j optimizations.
• Assist in configuring enterprise observability tools and deliver workshops on Cypher query performance.
• Produce technical deliverables to transition customers to Professional Services and Cloud Operations teams.
• Continuously iterate Neo4j’s technical onboarding methodology based on field insights.

Requirements

• 7+ years in a customer-facing technical role (e.g., Solution Architect, Customer Success Engineering).
• Experience with major cloud providers (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Deep technical knowledge of networking infrastructure.
• Proficiency in SQL or NoSQL databases.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
