Solution Architect - Onboarding @Neo4j

Overview

Neo4j is seeking a Solution Architect for Onboarding, who will play a critical role in supporting enterprise customers during their initial stages to ensure successful architectural foundations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery sessions to define success criteria, KPIs, and project risks.
• Guide the setup of Neo4j AuraDB environments or self-managed clusters across different cloud platforms.
• Implement security measures including system hardening, encryption, and access controls.
• Architect data ingestion pipelines and provide guidance on database optimization.
• Assist in configuring observability tools and deliver workshops on query performance.
• Create high-quality technical documents to support customer transitions to services teams.
• Iterate and optimize onboarding methodologies based on field insights.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience in a technical, customer-facing role.
• Hands-on experience with production workloads in a major cloud provider ecosystem (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Deep technical proficiency in networking infrastructure.
• Experience in implementing Enterprise Identity and Access Management (IAM).
• Preferred qualifications include proficiency in Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) and experience with graph databases.
